These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Cowgirl Artists of America (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “CGA”), concerning your access to and use of CGA’s website and any other media form, channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents may be posted from time to time and are hereby incorporated by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will always credit artists. Artwork may be used in promotional materials; text may be added. We will not reproduce your artwork in any paid product without your express written permission.
Feedback, suggestions, and reviews may be used by CGA for any purpose without compensation.
Unless otherwise agreed, you will be credited for contributions (articles, workshops, classes). If republished, you must include a statement such as:
“This article/workshop originally appeared with Cowgirl Artists of America.”
You agree to hold CGA harmless from any third-party claims arising from your contributions.
